Fidus Information Security is a leading penetration and security testing consultancy based in the UK. As part of the company's efforts to provide top-notch service, I was tasked with completely revamping their client on-boarding process.

This involved creating a series of questionnaires designed to streamline and improve the scope assessment process. The questionnaires consisted of several pages filled with various input fields, checkboxes, and file uploaders, all optimized for a seamless user experience on any device. Upon completion, the work was handed over to the IT department for integration into the company's systems. With these changes, Fidus Information Security is better equipped to provide its clients with the best possible security solutions.
